Aniholic Store 110% Guarantee Return Policy

First off, we at the Aniholic Fam would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your purchase has helped support artists worldwide and we are thrilled that you chose Aniholic Store as your outlet to spread positivity!

If for any reason you aren't absolutely blown away by your hand-made and hand-drawn art we would absolutely love to make it right in any way we can. 

We stand by our products 110%. Yes, you read that right. If you aren't satisfied we will issue you store credit of 110% your order value. We will pay return postage as well ( If you are located in the United States ), but please note your original shipping cost with your order ( if any ) is non-refundable, unfortunately USPS doesn't refund in those situations, we sure wish they did!

Damaged or Defective Item: If you received a defective, damaged or an incorrect item, contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and we will get it sorted out immediately. Email us at

Return Window: We accept returns for store credit up to 30 days from receiving your order as long as it's unused, unwashed and not altered in anyway. We ask for returns this way because all of our returns are donated to someone in need. We are thrilled to be in a position where we can help you and help another person on this beautiful planet as well.

Cancellations: Unfortunately, due to our unique manufacturing process, we are unable to cancel any orders more than 24 hours from the time of purchase. Each of our items are handmade-to-order, and can take 7-15 days to manufacture before they ship out. Due to this process, we capture your payment immediately and apply that to the manufacture of your unique and one-of-a-kind clothing!

Unfortunately, the product development and research that takes to create such amazing items make it so we cannot offer refunds for returns, However, rest assured that we will do everything in our cosmic power to create the most wonderful experience for our wonderful customers like you.

With all that out of the way, you may wonder what isn't eligible for return? Unfortunately we are not able to take returns on swimsuits, one-pieces, underwear, last chance items and items that were bought on sale.

We have different and quite random sales throughout the year for our Electro Fam, so we are unable to issue store credit, refund adjustments or exchange items on orders that have already been shipped or placed if they are discounted on a new sale we are running.

Returns within the USA:

To start your return or exchange please submit a request with by clicking the button below. Upon approval of your return request, we will send you a USPS return label to your Electrothreads account email, to use to send your items back to us. If you need us to send your label to a different email, please include the email in the comments section when placing your request for a Return.
